UK: BT wholesale prices aren’t unfair, but Ofcom will regulate anyway (Competition Policy International)

UK communications watchdog Ofcom will reportedly regulate Internet service provider BT’s wholesale fiber broadband prices despite finding that the charges are not anticompetitive.

Ofcom had originally launched an inquiry into how it should monitor and regulate the wholesale prices, and whether BT’s fees leave room for competitors to profit.
