Armenia: Telcos agree on infrastructure cooperation (Competition Policy International)

Top Armenian telecommunications firms Rostelecom Armenia and ArmenTel have reportedly reached an agreement on how to share ArmenTel’s infrastructure.

Rostelecom announced Friday the companies reached a deal for Rostelecom to lease some of ArmenTel’s infrastructure. The firms have reportedly already sorted out financial details of the agreement.
