Brazil/France: CADE clears long term airline tie-up (Competition Policy International)

Brazil antitrust regulator CADE has reportedly approved of the proposed joint venture between GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes and Air France, according to the Brazilian company.

Reports say the venture includes a deal that sees Air France investing $100 million in GOL. The partnership was first formed last February.
